Customer Services Rep (RECRUITING NOW)

We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Rep that will work in our Manchester Store. The ideal candidate for this position is able to work independently and able to take direction with ease from the Customer Services Manager. The candidate will be comfortable and charismatic when they interact with clients in person and over the phone. The person who fills this position will have the ability to thrive in a small casual work environment and still maintain a high level of professionalism and be effective while working independently. Full/ Part Time Hours including weekends are available.

Requirements & Info

– Knowledge of hair extensions preferable
– Happy to wear the Beyond Hair product Range
– Familiarity with EPOS/ till systems
– Ability to interact in a charismatic way with our clients both in person and over the phone
– Daily boutique maintenance
– Inventory management
– Comfortable with Social Media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook etc)
– Provide coverage for any staff absence/leave
– Verifiable references

We are looking for an experienced Hair Stylist / Extensionist to join our creative team. If you are proficient in weaving hair, applying lace systems including lace closures/frontals, have colouring skills and would like to be part of an exciting innovative company, then we would love to hear from you!

Requirements & Info:

– Experience with lace systems, closures and frontals application
– Able to weave hair of all textures including Afro and European
– Colouring and other chemical technique skills including relaxing
– Good cutting and styling techniques
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Proactive, very enthusiastic, with a hands on approach to work

– Comfortable with social media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook etc.)
